Skill Perks
Are given automatically to players when their character reaches lvl 5, 10, 15 and 20 in a specific skill. These offer buffs and abilities.
Weapon Specialization: Pick one of the available weapon types for that skill as your specialization. You only receive the perks for that weapon type at each level. Other Perks can be taken to allow you to pick multiple specializations.
Long Arms:
Lvl 5: Weapon Specialization: Single-shot Rifle or Burst Rifle
1-Shot: Overwatch attack no longer has disadvantage .
Burst: Can now use Suppressing Fire as an Action. Roll an attack roll against an enemy, if successful they take no damage but are Suppressed. If they move you get an attack against them at disadvantage.
Lvl 10:
1-Shot: Hit chance reduction on limb targeting is halved.
Burst: Steady: Bonus Action that lowers the hit chance reduction from -3 to -2.
Lvl 15:
1-Shot: Aiming is now a Bonus action, Advantage on attacks when in cover.
Burst: Now cause successfully attacked targets to be Suppressed.
Lvl 20:
1-Shot: Limb Hit chance reduction is now: -3 for Head, -1 Arms, -0 Torso and Legs.
Burst: Aiming is now a bonus action when in cover.
Small Arms:
Lvl 5: Weapon Specialization: Pistol, Shotgun, or SMG
Pistol: Snapshot: Can do a single attack with a Pistol as a Reaction, rolls with disadvantage.
Shotgun: Get +10ft of movement after killing an enemy using a shotgun.
SMG: Burst can now use Suppressing Fire as an Action. Roll an attack roll against an enemy if successful they take no damage but are Suppressed. If they move you get an attack against them at disadvantage.
Lvl 10:
Pistol: Hit chance reduction when targeting limbs is halved.
Shotgun: Overwatch no longer has disadvantage.
SMG: Can now fire both Bursts at once creating a 15ft×15ft AoE in front of you, any enemy within the AoE gets hit with a single burst.
Lvl 15:
Pistol: Aiming is now a Bonus Action.
Shotgun: Enemies hit by your shotgun attacks are now Suppressed.
SMG: Successful Burst attacks now cause target to be Suppressed.
Lvl 20:
Pistol: Snapshot Can get Extra Attack or one attack rolled without disadvantage.
Shotgun: All enemies hit by your shotgun attacks now take damage to all limbs.
SMG: Don't receive Burst Hit chance reduction against enemies at point blank range

Heavy Arms:
Lvl 5: Miniguns now cause enemies in the AOE to be Suppressed. LMG’s and HMG’s can now use Suppressing Fire as an Action. Roll an attack roll against an enemy, if successful they take no damage but are Suppressed. If they move you get an attack against them at disadvantage.
Lvl 10: Burst attacks now cause successfully attacked targets to be Suppressed, Minigun AoE can now have a 25ft width, but is half the length.
Lvl 15: Minigun attacks no longer roll at disadvantage.
Steady (Bonus Action - LMG or HMG): Changes the Burst Hit chance reduction from -3 to -2.
Lvl 20: Minigun AoE is now 25ft wide and the entire length of your opt range, Burst Weapons now cause Suppressed even if they miss.
Throwing:
Lvl 5: Specialization:
Shotkong: Throwing weapons deal bonus physical damage equal to your STR to anyone they hit directly.
Fast Ball: Throwing weapons deal bonus physical damage equal to your MNVR to anyone they hit directly.
Precision Throwing: Throwing weapons deal bonus physical damage equal to your PER to anyone they hit directly.
Lvl 10: Let it Cook: Enemies always take half damage from your thrown explosives.
Lvl 15: Explosives now roll a D6, if you get a 6 you also hit the head, Thrown melee weapons get +2 to limb target shots.
Lvl 20: Aiming is now a bonus action when using throwing weapons.
Driving:
Lvl 5: Gets access to Evasive Mode and Evade for the vehicle while driving.
Lvl 10: Can shoot and drive without disadvantage.
Lvl 15: Evasive Mode is now a Bonus action while driving.
Lvl 20: You can now drive Fast speed in vehicles with no roll reduction.
Piloting:
Lvl 5: Gets access to Evasive Mode and Evade for the Ship while piloting.
Lvl 10: Get advantage on 3 attacks per rest while piloting.
Lvl 15: Evasive Mode is now a Bonus action when piloting.
Lvl 20: You get advantage on all attacks with ships main weapon while piloting.
Dancing:
Lvl 5: Moves to inspire: Once a day by succeeding a Hard Dancing Check of their rank you can give someone 1D10 to use on any check, attack, or contest.
Lvl 10: Style Speciality: Pick a style to specialize in, you know have advantage on all rolls to do that dance, Moves to Inspire can now be used twice a day.
Lvl 15: Signature Move: Once a day you can use your signature move to add +5 to any dancing check, Moves to Inspire can now be used 3 times a day.
Lvl 20: Mancer Moves to Inspire: By succeeding a Hard Dancing Check of their rank you can give someone 1D20 to use on any check, attack, or contest.
Melee Weapons:
Lvl 5: Weapon Specialization: Blade or Blunt
Blunt: You get Advantage on Stunning Attack if you have higher melee weapon skill than your opponent.
Blade: Parry (Reaction): Can only be used against melee or brawling attacks Add your melee weapon skill to your dodge roll for one attack. This does not stack with Evade or Evasive mode.
Lvl 10: Blunt: Enemies Adjacent to you are Suppressed.
Blade: Limb Targeting Hit chance reduction is halved.
Lvl 15: Blunt: Stunning Attack is now a bonus action.
Blade: Riposte: After successfully dodging with the parry reaction you get an attack against your attacker, they roll Dodge at disadvantage.
Lvl 20: Blunt: Stunning Attack now deals physical damage equal to your Blunt Modifier.
Blade: Limb Targeting Hit chance reduction is now: -3 Head, -1 Arms, -0 Torso and Legs.
Brawling:
Lvl 5: Weapon Specialization: Blade, Blunt, or Unarmed.
Blunt: You get advantage on Stunning Attack if you have higher melee weapon skill than your opponent.
Blade: +10ft of movement after a successful attack.
Unarmed: Add Stat Modifier to your Damage. Pick: STR, MNVR, or PER.
Lvl 10: Blunt: Enemies Adjacent to you are now Suppressed.
Blade: Limb Targeting Hit chance reduction is halved.
Unarmed: Sucker Punch: Once per round can use a bonus action or reaction to do an unarmed brawling attack at disadvantage.
Lvl 15: Blunt: Stunning Attack is now a bonus action.
Blade: Deep Slash: You attack at disadvantage, but if successful the target automatically takes the Piercing damage
Unarmed: Stunning Attack now has advantage if you have higher Brawling than your opponent.
Lvl 20: Blunt: Stunning Attack now knocks enemies unconscious if you win the contest.
Blade: Limb Targeting Hit chance reduction is now: -3 Head, -1 Arms, -0 Torso and Legs.
Unarmed: Stat Modifier*2 now gets added to your damage.
Diplomacy
Lvl 5: Can sell Valuables for full value if you win a Diplomacy contest.
Lvl 10: Plead: You can roll a Diplomacy check as a reaction to put an enemies attack against you at disadvantage.
Lvl 15: Can sell all items at full value if you win a Diplomacy contest.
Lvl 20: Get +5 to all Faction Reputation Gains.
Deception
Lvl 5: Can sell Valuables for full value if you win a Deception contest.
Lvl 10: Don't Mind Me: You can roll a deception check as a bonus action to make an enemy no longer focus on you.
Lvl 15: Can sell all items at full value if you win a Deception check.
Lvl 20: Master of Disguise: Get +10 to stealth checks after completing a hard Master deception check.
Intimidate
Lvl 5: Taunt: Roll an intimidate roll against a target within 50ft if successful they will now focus on you.
Lvl 10: Shit Talker: Leadership actions can be used against enemies within 40ft to reduce their next action by 1d10.
Lvl 15: Master Shit Talker: Now affects all adjacent enemies as well.
Lvl 20: Leadership die when shit talking now rolls with advantage.
