Once a day when you read from it you can roll an Intellect check; every point above 10 gives +1 hour of reading time for no time cost (you must spend at least an hour reading for this to apply.) Can only get +5
Galactipedia: An app that allows you to record scientific and other scholarly findings and upload them to gain fame with Scholars and the Symposia you can also be hired for scholarly expeditions through the app. The Symposia, Azure Corp, and most other factions and many private benefactors have interest in scholarly findings.

ShadowCom App: This app allows you to buy and sell illegal goods and services, but when using it you'll need to encrypt your Com. Roll Com Tech and that will determine the strength of your encryption. Using this app is highly illegal in almost any civilized place so if a lawman can break your encryption you may be hunted down and arrested. Without the criminal background the app can only be obtained directly from a criminal or criminal faction.
